What are your terms of sale?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge cards. Otherwise, PayPal.
What is your minimum order amount on wholesale?
Minimum order is 10 pieces.
What are your office hours?
Office hours are 9:00–5:00 Central Standard Time.
Where is your store?
We do not have a store. We sell retail and wholesale by mail, or through our website.
Do you accept orders by fax?
Not at this time.
How do you handle back orders?
If we expect to receive an item within several days we generally hold your order. If we expect a longer delay, we will ship your order and back order the remaining items.
What is your returned check policy?
We do not accept checks.
How do I return items?
To return merchandise for exchange only, call for a return authorization number. This number must be on the parcel for exchange to be issued. No exchanges are given without this number. There is a 20% restocking charge. Returns and orders cancelled after shipment are subject to round trip shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all other returns.
How long will it take to receive an order?
Orders placed are normally shipped within 14 days. We can ship USPS by weight and subject to customers cost.
How are items shipped?
We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice. Generally, it is USPS. If a rush delivery is desired, extra charges will be billed at customer's cost.
Do you ship outside the continental USA?
We ship within USA and Canada.
What are your Conditions of Sale?
All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If damage occurs in transit, make a claim with USPS immediately. Prices are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice.
